Shipping Policy

Panipat Handloom operates this store and website to provide you with quality handloom products including bedsheets, bedding, and home decor items. This Shipping Policy describes how we process, ship, and deliver your orders when you make a purchase from our store. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read this Shipping Policy and understand our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and related terms as described herein.

When you place an order with Panipat Handloom, we process all orders within 1 to 3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. For custom or personalized bedding items such as embroidered bedsheets or custom sizes, please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing, which will be clearly indicated on the respective product page.

We offer three shipping options to serve your needs. Standard Shipping is available at ₹99 with free delivery on orders over ₹2,500, delivering within 5 to 10 business days. Express Shipping is available at ₹249 for delivery within 3 to 5 business days. Same Day Delivery is available at ₹499 exclusively for metro cities including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune for orders placed before 12 PM IST.

We currently ship to all pincodes across India, covering metro cities, tier 2 and tier 3 cities, as well as rural areas. Deliveries to remote locations may take an additional 2 to 3 days. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order reference number, expected delivery date, and courier partner name. Please note that due to Shopify platform limitations in India, live tracking links are not available; however, our courier partners will contact you directly regarding delivery. We partner with trusted logistics providers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post for remote areas.

Cash on Delivery is available for an additional fee of ₹49, up to a maximum order value of ₹10,000, with OTP verification required at delivery.

We take special care in packaging our products. Bedsheets and bedding come in premium cotton packaging with moisture-resistant lining and reusable fabric bags. Fragile home decor items are protected with bubble wrap and corner guards. Large items such as rugs and comforters are shipped in reinforced box packaging.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice before returning the package, and OTP verification is mandatory for all deliveries. Please ensure your address includes a landmark, correct pincode, and mobile number to avoid delivery failures. You may open and inspect the package before accepting for prepaid orders.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, you may opt for reshipment at an additional ₹99 or receive a refund minus original shipping and COD charges within 7 to 10 business days.

For any damaged or wrong items received, please report within 24 hours with photos via WhatsApp or email for a free replacement shipped within 3 to 5 business days at no extra cost.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, defence or restricted areas, or international addresses.

Address changes must be requested within 6 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are allowed before the order is processed, usually within 4 to 6 hours.

During festive seasons and sale periods such as Diwali, Dussehra, New Year, and major sale events, processing time may extend to 3 to 5 business days and delivery may take an additional 2 to 3 days due to high courier volume.
